What’s CHIM? It’s a quality that sets you apart from everyone else – a crown, royalty, splendour. A quality that lets one break a system just by being able to make a choice where noone else can. It’s breaking the system, a system even the gods are part of and governed by and by just this ability, one is more powerful than any Aedra or Daedra. A quality that makes the world spinning, that makes it come alive. A quality that creates possibility.
